JOB OPENING – Performance Analyst

Want to join our team? Then check out the requirements we're looking for in our Performance Analyst position:

  • Experience in digital media and analysis of performance indicators;
  • Background in performance planning, strategies, and goal delivery;
  • Advanced technical knowledge of media tools such as Google PLA, Google Analytics, Social Ads, DBM, and DMP;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Degree in Advertising or related fields;
  • Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, or both.

Do you fit the bill? Then your main responsibilities here will be:

  • Responsible for campaign management (setup and optimization);
  • Developing online media strategies and defining indicators according to set goals (performance/branding);
  • Analyzing media campaign execution;
  • Performance analysis and report delivery;
  • Managing the media budget (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, Portals, and Others);
  • Interfacing with clients, vendors, account teams, and creative teams;
  • Total focus on performance.
